Account Information

When you purchase an art from WallyGallery, we create an account for you. This account makes it easier for you to track and manage your purchases with us. For the purpose of creating your account, we collect all necessary account data.

Account data includes:

• the name of the account holder;
• the mailing address of the account holder;
• phone number

We do not collect any data regarding payment and all payments go through the official payment processing system provided by the Bank of Georgia.

For your convenience, we store this data at your direction as a default set of information for future purchases.

WallyGallery only uses account data for the purpose of facilitating the management of your account and billing for your purchases.

We do not share any kind of this data with any other parties for any other reasons.

Our use of your registration data

WallyGallery only ever uses your registration data for the purpose of facilitating the registration, management and delivery of the purchases made within wallygallery.com.

We never sell this information.

Location of Data Collection and Processing

Your account data and registration data are collected and processed by us on our dedicated web server, located in Germany.

Electronic Newsletters and Unsubscribe Policy

We only provide newsletters to you if you have opted in to receive them. If you change your mind, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time through the link we provide at the bottom of every mailer.

Data Analytics

We collect and aggregate data concerning how people use the website at www.wallygallery.com.
